To figure out what skin type you are you can simply look in the mirror during daylight hours. If you have shiny skin then chances are you have an oily complexion, especially if it is shiny in the T-zone which is the forehead, nose, and chin areas. This is where your oil glands are the most prevalent, and where you get the most acne breakouts. If you have dry skin, you may notice a dehydrated appearance to your skin. It could feel tight and it may look dull or flaky. If you have normal skin then you have a more uniform texture and you will notice that you only break out occasionally. Still yet, some people have combination skin which means that it has both oily and dry patches.

When it comes to picking the right soaps, here are some suggestions:

For oily skin: ?choose soaps that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide
